I am passionate and devoted towards providing the space for others to facilitate their own growth and change through my own use of empathy, curiosity and warmth. I believe in using an eclectic approach, drawing from multiple theoretical beliefs to better attend to my client’s emotions, thoughts, behaviors and beliefs.

I believe in using genuine curiosity and unconditional compassion as the foundation for the work that we will do together. Through this foundation you will feel heard as we navigate the intricate experiences of your life that you wish to explore. Through this exploration, we will move towards inner harmony and peace by developing emotional awareness, self-compassion, understanding and mindfully navigating trauma both personally and generationally, and increasing communication skills.

I work with teens, adults, couples and specialize in attachment ruptures, athletic identity issues, and academic challenges. I am so grateful to provide mental health services to the communities around me and look forward to the opportunity to listen and work with you. "
