Therapeutic Services
Our approach creates safety and security in our therapeutic relationship. Based on this foundation, we balance deep work with practical tools you can use to manage distress. We utilize an empowering, attachment-based, culturally-relevant and relational approach to engage you, as a whole person (body, mind and soul). Our practice supports brain function, mindfulness and regulation to decrease stress and pain.

We are a group practice of therapists of color with a variety of different modalities such as Expressive Arts, Somatic-based therapies, Mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to promote wellness and healing.
We center our healing practices in a social justice and anti-oppression framework to hold space for the whole person and their experiences in context of the generational and systemic realities they have survived.
